About Me
In 1987, during high school, I started my career with the interior design company IN-TWO which was focused on funiture designs for e.g. Driade, Spinder and D-Tec and store design mostly for textile retailers like JOOP, CLOSED, Signum and Bogner.
In 1997 my own personal digital revolution started. The internet served my curiousity and hardware-designs like cameras and thin-clients for some DotComs were first steps in the new business. Being always interested in software I started programming my own interfaces for these designs. That leads to a ten year lasting consult for the Landkreis Harburg with the task to digitally transform the government and establish e-government processes.
2003 "software takes over hardware" started with the foundation of Chromjuwelen.com one of the most influencing online magazines. In addition I helped some startups to realize their projects and was part of the AutoBild audience development team.
After 15 years in the "new business" the time was right to realize the passionate emotionum-project, an athlete scouting and feedback system based on EQ for team sports. This was started as emotionum.com and has been transformed into the Talent Engine where I am still the digital mastermind behind the scenes.

Since 2013: Started as Emotionum, now renamed as "Talent Engine", start of a revolutionary scounting system for football. Creating and conception of an App named "Join My Talent" which connects players, coaches and clubs on a user driven marketplace to activly self-promote a users career..
